*Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 1 day.
TGO TOP GRADE ONLY provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them.
We will do our best to assist you, but TGO TOP GRADE ONLY does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen
TGO TOP GRADE ONLY does not hold responsibility for packages that are damage BY THE POST OFFICE .
Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS ONLY TERMS:
If you have received an incorrect product due to a shipping or order processing error, please contact us within 1 business days of receipt. If your return is "approved" a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and you will be asked to return the product back to our warehouse. Once the item is received, we will verify that the contents are unwashed, unworn and accurate to the description of the claim before a exchange is issued.
